You’ll work with residents to create a preventative housing support service that works for them. It’ll be your role to support the Community Alarm Service (CAS) Team leader in delivering a seamless 24/7 Community Alarm Service. Emergencies can happen at any time, so it’s crucial that you have experience of managing difficult and challenging situations. You’ll be there to keep our services up to industry standard, and showcase CAS services to potential customers and stakeholders.
