We put our residents first in everything we do. Which is why this role will see you lead a small team that allows older and vulnerable people to stay independent in their own homes. You’ll work alongside the Adaptations team, providing a full surveying service for major adaptations and other grants programmes. These surveys will allow you to identify building defects, diagnose causes and specify remedies and recommend adaptations. To effectively offer this advice, it’s vital you maintain a knowledge of all legislative and individual policies, procedures of the local authority, and requirements of the Registered Providers and have a professional surveying qualification.
